It found that the claimant had proven her claim for unpaid wages from May to June 2019.
The tribunal awarded the gross sum of £4,186.00 in respect of wages due and outstanding as at 2 June 2019, ordered to be paid by Angel Accounting Limited (in creditors' voluntary arrangement). It did not accept the claim for unpaid accrued holiday pay.
The tribunal also held that the unfair dismissal and statutory redundancy payment claims were not within its jurisdiction because the claimant did not prove two years' qualifying service at the date of dismissal. It dismissed all other claims in their entirety.
