Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe tribunal at Southampton, before Employment Judge Rayner with lay members Mrs C Date and Ms A Sinclair, found that Ms AB was unfairly dismissed by Done Brothers (Cash Betting) Limited. It also found that she was discriminated against for a reason arising from disability when she was dismissed, and that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments in respect of training. All other claims were dismissed.
On remedy, the tribunal awarded a basic award of £490.37, notice pay of £392.30, and £200 for loss of statutory rights. In relation to the disability discrimination findings, it awarded £20,000 for injury to feelings, £766.66 interest on that award, £23,384.61 for past and future loss of earnings arising from disability discrimination, and £161.33 interest on past loss of earnings.
The total award payable was £45,395.27. The judgment states that reasons were given orally at the hearing and that written reasons would not be provided unless requested within 14 days of the sending of the decision.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
