At the hearing in Southampton on 29 April 2021 before Employment Judge Rayner, the tribunal dealt with the claimant's application to set aside a compromise agreement signed on 27 January 2014. That application was dismissed because the tribunal found the agreement was valid and binding within section 147 Equality Act 2010.

The tribunal also held that any allegation concerning an act or omission of discrimination said to have taken place on or before 27 January 2014, and forming part of claim number 1402955/2020, was struck out. The reason given was that the tribunal had no jurisdiction to hear those allegations.

The judgment record states that reasons were given orally at the hearing and that written reasons would not be provided unless requested in accordance with the notice appended to the judgment.
