Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningMrs Mushtaq applied for a receptionist/care navigator role at Clarendon Medical Centre after a vacancy arose in October 2018. She was interviewed on 16 November, attended a work assessment on 29 November, and on 4 December Mr Khan-Alizai sent an email saying her application had been unsuccessful. The tribunal found that email had been sent, although it did not reach her because of an email address error. The successful candidate later declined the offer, and the Practice re-advertised the post on 16 December.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
