Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningAt Hull on 8 October 2019, Employment Judge Davies considered Ms C Fennell's claims against WJC Solutions Ltd. The tribunal stated that, assuming the claimant was an employee, her claims had not been presented within three months, plus the early conciliation extension, from the end of her employment, as required by s.11 Employment Rights Act 1996.
The tribunal also found that it had been reasonably practicable for the claims to have been presented within that time limit. On that basis, the tribunal concluded that it could not deal with the claims and they were struck out.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
