Tribunal's reasoningThe tribunal gave judgment under Rule 21 after the respondents failed to present a response by the return date of 28 December 2020 and there was sufficient information on the file to do so. On that basis, Mrs H Hiscock’s complaint of entitlement to a redundancy payment succeeded, and the second respondents were ordered to pay £1,841.52.
Her complaint of unpaid holiday pay on the termination of her employment also succeeded. The tribunal ordered the second respondents to pay £687.30 in respect of that claim, identified in paragraph 12 of the grounds of claim. No other issues, tests, or remedies were set out in the judgment.
