This judgment is a costs assessment only. Employment Judge Heap, sitting alone at Nottingham on 6 and 7 April 2017, carried out a detailed assessment pursuant to the earlier judgment on costs sent to the parties on 9 June 2015 and under Rule 78 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 and the Civil Procedure Rules.

The tribunal ordered the claimant to pay the respondent £75,640.86 for the costs so assessed. It also ordered the claimant to pay a further £7,290.00 for the costs of the assessment itself. No merits findings, discrimination findings, or dismissal findings are set out in this record.
