Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe Tribunal reconsidered the judgment sent to the parties on 17 August 2021, which had struck out the claim. The claimant applied for reconsideration on 14 September 2021, and both parties agreed that the application could be considered on paper without a hearing.
The Tribunal found that after the claim was presented, the claimant's representative, UVW, changed its physical and email addresses. Communications about directions, hearings, the response, and possible strike-out were sent to old contact details, and UVW did not receive them. The Tribunal also found that UVW had emailed the Tribunal more than once seeking information about the progress of the claim, but those emails were not answered and were not on the file when the strike-out judgment was made.
The Tribunal concluded that it was in the interests of justice to reconsider and revoke the strike-out judgment. It noted that the claimant had not received the relevant communications and had taken steps to pursue and progress the case. The Tribunal stated that it would list a preliminary hearing to progress the matter.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
