The respondent failed to present a response within the time required by the Tribunal Rules, and the case was determined by Rule 21 judgment. For each claimant, the tribunal found an unauthorised deduction from wages. The awards comprised unpaid salary for March to June 2019 and unpaid holiday pay: £11,255.04 for Mrs S Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed, £14,071.23 for Mrs LH Shembish, and £14,360.72 for Mr W Wagdy.

The tribunal also found that each claimant had been dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice. It ordered notice-pay damages of £1,915.13 net to the first claimant, described as one month's net pay; £6,785.73 net to the second claimant, described as 3 months' net pay; and £6,950.52 net to the third claimant, also described as 3 months' net pay. The judgment recorded total sums payable of £13,170.17 to the first claimant, £20,856.96 to the second claimant, and £21,311.24 to the third claimant, which together total £55,338.37.

At the end of the judgment, the tribunal said it did not have jurisdiction to order the provision of P45 or P60 documents.
