It also held that, save for one specified reasonable-adjustments complaint, the claimant's other complaints of failure to make reasonable adjustments were not well-founded.
The successful reasonable-adjustments complaint was the one identified in paragraph 3.1.1 of the Note accompanying the order of EJ Glennie dated 18 December 2019. In respect of that complaint, the respondents were ordered to pay £4,500 compensation together with statutory interest of £1,110, making a total award of £5,610.
