The tribunal found that the respondent had unlawfully deducted wages from the claimants by way of accrued but untaken annual leave at the end of their employment, with specified sums awarded to Mr A Akram (£1,104), Mr H Akram (£833.41), Mr D Thummar (£1,100) and Mr R Govande (£427.09); Mr N Ali's sum was to be assessed.
