Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe tribunal issued a strike out judgment under rule 37. It recorded that, by an unless order sent on 15 June 2021, the claimant was required to provide a schedule of loss and copies of all documents relevant to the claim to the respondent by 21 June 2021, failing which the claim would be struck out.
The reasons also note an earlier warning letter dated 24 February 2021 telling the claimant that the claim was at risk of strike out if he did not send the respondent a schedule of loss and relevant documents within 14 days. The tribunal found that the claimant had not informed it that the documents had been provided, and had not corresponded with the tribunal in response to either warning.
On that basis, the tribunal struck out the claim because it was not being actively pursued and/or because the claimant had failed to comply with Tribunal orders. The hearing listed for 22 July 2021 was therefore vacated. The extracted judgment does not determine the underlying substantive claim on its merits and does not record any monetary award.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
