At the London South Employment Tribunal on 27 April 2021, Employment Judge Keogh recorded that the correct respondent was registered company number 11804741. Because it was not possible to establish which of the two named respondents was the correct current name for that company, judgment was entered against both named respondents, with the note that only the legal entity would be enforceable.

Mr P Gray succeeded in his unfair dismissal claim. The tribunal awarded a basic award of £1,871.40 and a compensatory award of £14,783.12, making £16,654.52 in total.
