Tribunal's reasoningAt the CVP hearing on 18 and 19 February 2021 before Employment Judge Craft and members Mrs C Oldfield and Mrs D Mitchell, the tribunal unanimously found that Ms C Loizou was unfairly dismissed by Stock Hill Medical Centre. It awarded a basic award of £1,080.66 and a compensatory award of £9,386.11, made up of £559.00 for loss of earnings from 30 June to 31 December 2019, £8,428.11 for loss of earnings from 1 January to 31 October 2020 including two weeks' loss of statutory pay and pension loss, and £400.00 for loss of statutory rights.
