On 17 May 2022 the Tribunal informed the claimant that the respondent company had been dissolved on 26 April 2022 and that the claim would be struck out unless she notified the Tribunal that she was applying to the Companies Court to have the company restored.
The claimant did not respond. The Tribunal wrote again on 6 December 2022 giving notice of an intention to strike out the claim and allowing the claimant until 13 December 2022 to respond. She did not do so.
The Tribunal recorded that the claimant failed to make representations in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out, and did not request a hearing. The claim was therefore struck out by Employment Judge Leach on 14 December 2022, with the judgment sent to the parties on 20 December 2022.
