Tribunal's reasoningThe tribunal held that Mrs Patricia Thorpe was unfairly dismissed by Mr Simon Dickinson and Mrs Christine Dickinson trading as Northlands Village Rest Home, in breach of section 94 Employment Rights Act 1996. It also recorded that the respondent breached the ACAS Code of Practice and that it refused to make any deductions from the claimant's awards.
