Miss A Koscien v Norens Limited — 2023

The tribunal, acting under Rule 21, amended the respondent’s title to Norens Limited and determined the claim on the papers. It found that the claimant had been dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and awarded £1,009.38 in damages, calculated using gross pay because the tribunal considered the sum likely to be taxed as Post Employment Notice Pay.
