In person For the v Mr David Rowell - Director — 2021

The case was heard by Employment Judge A M Buchanan sitting alone at Manchester by CVP on 16 June 2021. The claimant, Mr Paul Roche, appeared in person and the respondent was represented by Mr David Rowell, Director. The tribunal amended the respondent's name to David Rowell Limited.
