The tribunal held that the claimant's complaints under Part 2 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and/or the Working Time Regulations 1998, in respect of unauthorised deductions from pay and non-payment of holiday pay and paternity leave pay, were well-founded only against the 4th respondent. The claim against the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents was not well-founded and was dismissed.
The 4th respondent was ordered to pay a total of £4,870.40.
