Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe claimant brought complaints of unlawful deduction from wages against Advanced Oncotherapy plc. In its ET3 form presented on 30 November 2023, the respondent admitted that the claimant was entitled to unpaid salary of £20,000 gross (covering May to August 2023) and a further £1,153.85 gross representing a retention bonus payable in June 2023 (one week's salary). The Tribunal accordingly ordered the respondent to pay a total of £21,153.85 in settlement of the original wages complaints. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
A further complaint regarding unpaid pension contributions was dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant, who accepted that the Tribunal lacked jurisdiction to determine it. The claimant also made an application on 13 February 2024 to amend his claim to update losses arising since the original claim form was presented; in the absence of objection from the respondent, the application was allowed and that complaint will be subject to case management orders within the Note of Preliminary Hearing for the Jimenez multiple dated 22 February 2024.

Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
