Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe claimant, Mr A Razzak, brought complaints of unlawful deduction from wages against Advanced Oncotherapy plc. The respondent did not attend the hearing on 29 February 2024 but had admitted in section 6.1 of its ET3 (presented 30 November 2023) that the claimant was entitled to unpaid salary of £24,890.68 gross (for May to August 2023) and £1,436.00 gross (a retention bonus payable in June 2023, representing one week's salary). The Tribunal ordered the respondent to pay the claimant the total sum of £26,326.68 in settlement of the original complaints of unlawful deduction from wages.
The claimant accepted that the Tribunal did not have jurisdiction to determine a complaint in respect of unpaid pension contributions, and that complaint was dismissed upon withdrawal.
The claimant had also made an application on 6 December 2023 and 22 February 2024 to amend his claim to update losses arising since the original claim form was presented. In the absence of any objection from the respondent and given their non-attendance, the application was allowed and the amended complaint was to be subject to case management orders within the Note of Preliminary Hearing for claimants in the Jimenez multiple dated 22 February 2024.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
