Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningAt a preliminary hearing, the tribunal determined that at all times relevant to the claim the claimant had a disability within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010. The disability consisted of the effects of the physical impairment of asthma.
The tribunal found that the effects of asthma included the effects of the claimant's susceptibility to allergic reactions affecting his ability to breathe. In the alternative, if susceptibility to allergic reactions was a separate impairment, the tribunal determined that the claimant still had a disability consisting of the effects of asthma alone.
The judgment did not determine the merits of the substantive claims or make any remedy award. Reasons were given orally, with written reasons available only if requested within 14 days.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
