Mrs J Walsh v Dip This Hydrographics Ltd — 2020

The case was heard at Manchester by video on 30 November 2020 before Employment Judge Buzzard sitting alone. The claimant, Mrs J Walsh, appeared in person and the respondent did not attend. A further £122.40 was awarded for a 12-week gross shortfall in pay of £10.20 per week following the April 2020 National Minimum Wage increase. The order was sent to the parties on 3 December 2020, and the attached interest notice states that sums payable under the judgment may carry interest under the Employment Tribunals (Interest) Order 1990 if unpaid after the relevant period.
