The claimant, Mrs AJ Lavelle, succeeded in her claim for non-payment of wages. In the corrected judgment, Employment Judge Ross recorded that the claimant was owed 108 hours at £7.50 per hour, made up of 33.5 hours for 23/8/17 to 27/8/17, 32 hours for 28/8/17 to 31/8/17, and 42.5 hours for 4/9/17 to 10/9/17. The reasons explain that the original arithmetic had been wrong and that the correct wage award was £810 rather than £1,080.

The tribunal also awarded nine days' holiday pay at £45 per day, totalling £315, for the holiday year 2017. It made no award for accrued but untaken holiday for the holiday year 2018. The corrected total sum payable by the respondent within 14 days of the judgment was therefore £1,125.
