It observed that no application had been made to amend the claim to include any other cause of action, and that the claimant had not complied with orders to particularise any claim she might have for automatic unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment or victimisation. The judge concluded that the claimant had been given a reasonable opportunity to make representations but had not done so.
