Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningMrs N. Ramsay was employed by Root2Shoot Executive Lawncare Limited from 1 August 2015. The tribunal found that she and the managing director, Stephen Ramsay, separated on 18 September 2019 when she was 31 weeks pregnant. It accepted that on 19 September 2019 her office keys were taken, she was told by text and WhatsApp messages that she was no longer needed, and that over the following days her fuel card, phone, car insurance and access to work systems were stopped. The tribunal also found that her pay was reduced from £1,500 net to £1,250 net on 28 September 2019 and that further deductions were made through to October 2020.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
