Mrs J Coley v Herongrange Recruitment & Training Solutions Limited — 2023

By a notice dated 19 September 2023, sent to the parties on 16 October 2023, the tribunal required the respondent to show cause why its response should not be struck out. The notice identified three grounds: the response had not been actively pursued, the respondent had failed to attend the case management hearing listed for 19 September 2023, and the respondent had failed to comply with orders made by Employment Judge Tynan on 7 July 2023.

The respondent was ordered to show cause within 14 days of the notice and to comply by the same deadline with the orders of 7 July 2023. The tribunal recorded that the respondent neither showed cause nor complied with those orders.
