Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningMr O Boukmakh worked for Protest Electrical Ltd as an electrician between 16 and 18 August 2021 on a salary of £26,000. He brought a claim on 28 October 2021 saying he had not been paid for those three days of work.
The respondent stated on 22 November 2021 that the claimant had not returned his uniform, but that it had nevertheless paid him the £240 owed and had issued a payslip. The tribunal also noted that, after a notice of hearing and a further letter asking whether he agreed he had been paid and whether he wished to continue, the claimant did not respond and did not attend the hearing on 20 April 2022.
In those circumstances, the Employment Judge was satisfied that the claimant had been paid the wages he was owed and/or was no longer pursuing the unpaid wages claim. The claim for unlawful deduction of wages was therefore dismissed.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
