Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe Tribunal found that the Claimant’s complaint of unlawful deductions from wages under s.13(1) Employment Rights Act 1996 was well-founded for the period 1 February 2021 to 19 July 2021. On the figures set out in the schedule, the Claimant’s gross yearly salary was £20,000, with weekly gross pay of £384.62, weekly net pay of £332.38 and net hourly pay of £8.31. The Tribunal calculated total wage entitlement for the period as £8,043.60 and total wages received as £331.67, leaving arrears of £7,711.93, which the Respondent was ordered to pay.
The Claimant’s holiday pay complaint was dismissed because the Tribunal found it was premature. No award was made on that complaint.
The Tribunal also found that the Respondent had failed to give the Claimant any pay statements in accordance with s.8 Employment Rights Act 1996 for the same period. It made a declaration under s.12(3)(a) that the Respondent had not provided pay statements. The judgment does not record a separate monetary award for that declaration.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
