Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningMiss A Kinnen, Miss S Cannon, Miss C Berry, Miss K Best, Mr P Koziki and Mr M Winning presented claims on 9 October 2019 against Ago Outsourcing for non-payment of wages, holiday pay and notice pay. On 6 November 2019 the Tribunal received an email from Peter Dougela, described as a former HR Manager of Lakemere Global Holdings Limited trading as Ago Outsourcing, stating that Kenneth Pattullo had been appointed liquidator in a creditor voluntary liquidation. That email was sent to the claimants for comment, but no reply was received.
The Tribunal wrote to the claimants on 21 November 2019 to say that the claims were proceeding to a hearing on 20 December 2019. No party appeared at the hearing, and attempts to contact the claimants by telephone were unsuccessful. Employment Judge S MacLean dismissed the claims under rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. The judgment contains no substantive findings on entitlement to wages, holiday pay or notice pay, and no remedy was awarded.

Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
