Mr G Seymour v Elite Cars (Wales) Ltd — 2025

The claim was presented in the Wales Employment Tribunal on 3 February 2025. The respondent failed to present a valid response in time, and the Employment Judge determined under rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure that a determination could properly be made on the claim or part of it.
