Mr J Taylor v Tetra Installations Limited — 2025

The case was heard at Manchester by video on 12 February 2025 before Employment Judge Eeley. The respondent did not appear and no defence was filed. The tribunal gave an oral judgment, with written reasons not provided unless requested in accordance with the note on the judgment form.
