The Tribunal calculated that the claimant was due 6,413.10 GBP in wages across August and September 2024, comprising tronc tips for June 2024, hours worked in July and early August 2024 at hourly rates of 15 GBP and 16 GBP, associated accrued holiday pay at 12.07 percent, guaranteed tronc payments of 3.50 GBP per hour, and the return of a 1,000 GBP housing deposit. It accepted that 2,491.24 GBP of deductions had been authorised by the claimant in respect of outstanding rent for May to August 2024 and various cleaning and uniform charges.
The Tribunal concluded that the respondent had failed to pay the balance of 3,921.86 GBP and ordered the respondent to pay that gross sum to the claimant within 14 days of the judgment being sent to the parties, with the claimant responsible for any tax or National Insurance.
