Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe matter was listed at Liverpool on 28 May 2025 for a preliminary hearing for case management. The claimant, Ms T Nawaz, had been sent notice of the hearing to the address she had provided, together with an agenda form and a link to the video hearing room at the email address she had provided.
The claimant did not attend. After a fifteen-minute wait, telephone contact was made and, when the clerk explained who was calling and that the claimant was expected at a hearing that day, the claimant hung up. The tribunal waited a further ten minutes, but the claimant did not make contact. The judgment records that there had been no communication or correspondence from her since the claim form. The respondent also did not attend.
In those circumstances, the tribunal dismissed the claim under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024 because of the claimant's non-appearance. No substantive findings were made on the pleaded complaints and no remedy was awarded.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
