Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThe Tribunal, sitting at Liverpool by CVP before Employment Judge Johnson on 28 March 2025, determined the claimant's complaints against My Legal Claims Ltd. The redundancy payment complaint was dismissed upon withdrawal after the claimant accepted she had less than two years' service at the effective date of termination and was therefore ineligible.
On the wages complaint, the Tribunal found the claimant had been owed £2,000 gross in unpaid wages payable at the end of August 2024. After accounting for £850 in interim payments received between 29 November 2024 and 17 January 2025, the balance of £1,150 was awarded. The Tribunal also found the claimant entitled to £553.86 for six days of untaken annual leave at the agreed gross daily rate of £92.31, and £190 in respect of statutory guarantee payments (£38 x 5 days).
The Tribunal ordered the respondent to pay the claimant £1,893.86 in full and final settlement of the complaints. Reasons were given orally at the hearing and written reasons will not be provided unless requested within 14 days.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
