Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningThis was a preliminary hearing in Birmingham on 20 November 2025 before Employment Judge Camp. The tribunal found that the claimant's email of 24 April 2025 did not withdraw any part of her claim under rule 50 of the ET Procedure Rules 2024, but that her email of 28 May 2025 did withdraw her entire claim apart from the equal pay claim.
The tribunal held that it had no power to reinstate the withdrawn complaints and refused the claimant's application to reinstate them. It dismissed the claimant's claim, apart from the equal pay claim, upon withdrawal in accordance with rule 51 of the ET Procedure Rules 2024.
The tribunal said rule 51(a) did not apply and that issuing the judgment would not be contrary to the interests of justice, because it would be an abuse of process for the claimant to present a fresh tribunal claim making any of the complaints she had withdrawn. The judgment therefore disposed of the unfair dismissal complaint and the discriminatory dismissal complaint on withdrawal, but it did not determine the equal pay claim.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
