The Tribunal found that the wages complaint was well-founded: the respondent had made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages during February to April 2025, and ordered payment of the gross sum of £2,572.47. The Tribunal also found that the holiday pay complaint was well-founded, on the basis that the respondent had failed to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken at the date employment ended, and ordered payment of the gross sum of £1,207.50.
