Mr D Pender v Not present Rockland Solutions Ltd — 2025

The final hearing was listed for 24 June 2025 at Glasgow before Employment Judge M Robison. The claimant, Mr D Pender, did not attend. The tribunal recorded that attempts were made to contact him, but he did not answer his mobile and no voicemail could be left.

The reasons note that a previous remote hearing listed for 19 March 2025 did not proceed because the claimant did not attend, although he had emailed that morning saying he had been unwell.
