Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningMs N Fullerton brought complaints of disability discrimination. The tribunal record notes that she had been represented when presenting the claim, and that at a case management preliminary hearing on 28 November 2024 an order was made requiring further information, including relevant medical records, a disability impact statement and a schedule of loss.
After the claimant’s solicitor withdrew on 7 July 2025, notices of later hearings were sent to the claimant’s personal email address. She did not attend the case management preliminary hearing listed for 12 August 2025, which was vacated, and a further hearing was listed for 17 November 2025. On that date the respondent attended, the claimant did not attend and was not represented, there was no communication from her explaining the absence, and the clerk attempted contact by phone and email before the tribunal waited 15 minutes.
The tribunal noted that there had been no communication on file from the claimant since her solicitor withdrew and no response in compliance with the earlier order. In those circumstances, and after considering the history of the claim and the information available, the tribunal dismissed all the complaints under rule 47 (non-attendance) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024. No merits findings or remedy award were made.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
