INTRODUCTION 1.1 The Claimant has been employed by the Respondent since January 2017 as Head of Public Sector Land. From 9 April 2018 to 31 May 2020, he was on a secondment to the West Midlands Combined Authority working as Head of Land and Development. Between 15 June 2020 and 30 October 2022, he was on another secondment to Urban Splash, working as national Land Director. Whan that secondment ended on 30 October 2022 , the Claimant returned to the Respondent. 1.2 By a Claim issued on 22 June 2022 [8], the Claimant made claims for breach of contract and deduction from wages.
