Request removal or correction of a case page

If you appear in a tribunal decision indexed on Tribunal Watch and believe the public interest no longer outweighs your right to privacy, submit the form below. The case page will be withdrawn from public view on receipt and the editor will follow up by email within five working days.

Submissions are limited to two per network in any 24-hour window to protect the index from automated abuse. The case page will be withdrawn from public view as soon as we receive your request; the editor will follow up by email within five working days.

What we will do

Withdraw the case page from public view immediately on receipt of a valid request.
Acknowledge by email within five working days and respond substantively within one calendar month, in line with UK GDPR Art. 12(3).
Restrict, anonymise or remove a page where the tribunal itself has issued a restricted reporting order or anonymisation order that the gov.uk listing did not reflect at the time we crawled it.
Correct factual errors introduced by our extraction (e.g. an incorrectly-attributed respondent, a mis-extracted award figure).

What we cannot do

We cannot remove or alter the underlying judgment on gov.uk — that is published by HMCTS, and any request to redact or remove a judgment at source must go to HMCTS. We will not permanently remove an accurate index entry solely because it is unflattering or inconvenient — the judgment is already a matter of public record.
