Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningAt this preliminary stage, the tribunal amended the second respondent's name by agreement. Ms Parsons then withdrew all complaints against Birmingham City Council, and the tribunal dismissed those complaints. It also recorded that the discrimination and harassment complaints against Birmingham Children's Trust Community Interest Company were withdrawn and dismissed.
The only matters left to proceed to a final hearing were the claimant's complaints of victimisation and protected disclosure detriment arising from earlier tribunal claims and complaints on 13 and 29 September 2017, together with the protected disclosure of 14 October 2017. The sole detriment relied on was the second respondent's alleged failure to supply information in response to a subject access request dated 25 September 2018.
The order also contained a standard warning that failure to comply with disclosure could lead to a fine of up to £1,000 under s.7(4) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996. No compensation or other monetary award was made in this judgment.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
