In relation to the Part-Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 claim, the tribunal found that it had not been presented within the time limit in Reg 8, but that it would be just and equitable to consider the claim notwithstanding that lateness.

The tribunal also found that the unfair dismissal claim had been presented within the time limit in section 111(2)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The judgment does not determine the merits of either claim and records no award.
