The Claimant made one £5.00 deposit payment, which was attributed to the harassment related to disability claim.

At a hearing on 16 August 2023 before Employment Judge Gidney, sitting at London Central by Cloud Video Platform, the Tribunal recorded that no deposit payment had been received in respect of the unfair / automatic unfair dismissal claim or the direct disability discrimination claim. Those two claims were accordingly struck out.
