At the hearing on 1 August 2022 before Employment Judge P Klimov sitting alone, the Tribunal dealt with the claimant’s age, race and disability discrimination claims, together with unfair dismissal and wages claims. As a result of that conduct, the claimant was ordered to pay the respondent £6,800 in respect of the respondent’s legal costs. The Tribunal made no wasted costs order against the claimant’s representative.
