Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningAt a preliminary hearing held in private by CVP on 25 April 2025, Employment Judge Johnson sat alone. The first claimant had identified disability discrimination, and the claim was later particularised as complaints of reasonable adjustments under sections 20 and 21 Equality Act 2010 and harassment under section 26 Equality Act 2010.
At the hearing, Mr Robinson confirmed that the reasonable adjustments complaint was withdrawn. The tribunal therefore dismissed that complaint upon withdrawal. The harassment complaint remained for determination, and the judge heard submissions from both representatives, reviewed the grounds of complaint, and considered relevant case law.
The tribunal concluded that the harassment claim had no reasonable prospects of success and ordered it struck out under Rule 38(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2024. The reasons also record that the respondent reserved its position on any costs application.
The second claimant's claim was dismissed upon withdrawal because it had been accepted by the tribunal in error as a duplicate claim. The reasons note that Mr Martin Parr had separate proceedings under case number 2407056/2024 bringing an unfair dismissal complaint listed for a final hearing in June 2026.

How we got this data
Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
