The Claimant's age discrimination complaint was dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant. The Tribunal also dismissed the complaints of disability discrimination by reference to section 15 Equality Act 2010 and harassment related to disability because it had no jurisdiction to hear them.

The Tribunal further found that during the relevant period from 28 February 2019 until the effective date of termination of the Claimant's employment with the 1st Respondent, 27 June 2019, the Claimant was not a disabled person within section 6 of the Equality Act 2010. No remedy was recorded in the judgment.
