At the remote hearing in Norwich on 22 and 23 April 2025, before Employment Judge Mr A. Spencer, the tribunal dealt only with whether it had jurisdiction to hear the claims against the named respondents. No respondent entered a response. The tribunal found that Jessie Rebecca Obafemi (formerly Reeve) was not an employee of the second, third, fourth or fifth respondents at the relevant time, so the claims against those respondents were dismissed because the tribunal had no jurisdiction to determine them.
