Tribunal's reasoningThe claimant, Angela Smith, was employed by UDC Services Limited from 10 March 2012 until termination effective 22 June 2018. She worked 23 hours a week as a domestic cleaner, was paid the national minimum wage, latterly £180 gross per week, and was not provided with a written contract. The respondent ceased trading after losing a client and told her on 22 June 2018 that her employment would end with immediate effect. The tribunal also found that the holiday year ran from 5 April to 4 April and that there was no specified contractual holiday entitlement.
