Key findings
Tribunal's reasoningAt a public preliminary hearing, the Tribunal held that Ms Park's claim that Adecco UK Ltd's termination of her employment on 30 January 2025 was discrimination arising from disability under s.15(1)(a) of the Equality Act 2010 had been presented in time. The judgment did not determine the merits or liability for that claim.
The Tribunal dismissed as out of time Ms Park's harassment related to disability claim under s.26, her failure to make reasonable adjustments claim under ss.20–21, and all her other claims under s.15(1)(a). It decided that it was not just and equitable to extend time. Reasons were given orally at the hearing.
The respondent accepted that Ms Park's anxiety and depression constituted a disability at all material times and that it knew of that disability. It also accepted that delusional parasitosis, psychosis and PTSD constituted a disability from about 15 June 2024 and that it knew of that disability by 14 October 2024. The judgment made no remedy determination and recorded no monetary award.

Case essentials (reference, date, judge, venue, country, claim categories) are extracted from the structured metadata gov.uk publishes alongside each decision. Parties and monetary figures are extracted from the judgment PDF text. Key findings and per-claim outcomes require a second extraction pass that is not yet complete for this case — until then, the primary source linked above is the authoritative record.
